During our first initial treatment, our technician will perform a detailed inspection including a drainage defect survey if required (this would be an additional service required), to ascertain the extent of the problem. The technician will then write a report documenting what action is required from us, and from you, to help treat the problem. Included in the fixed price quotation, is the cost of minor proofing of small holes and gaps, which will be carried out during the early stages of treatment.
